I got some images shot of the work I have showing, and I'm pretty satisfied. It's a modified version of Ophelia on the Rocks called<i> Mitosis</i>. It came about by removing Octoboy from the top. The table looked really great by itself, and seemed finished. I'm really excited about Mitosis, as it seems like a concrete divergence from work I had been making. It's much more abstract, but still conveys a queer aura. I'm really excited by how the color and glitter resin turned out. The "nodes" fade perfectly into the color of the table, and the reflections from the glitter work to unify the different mediums and forms.</div>

Just sharing the progress. I still need to attach foam on table, pour the glitter resin, and attach the nodes into it. They are firing now so I'm excited to pull them out Monday morning. Then I need to make the body and dress for octoboy. Things are coming along quickly. Need to be finished by end of June for the work exchange show at The Clay Studio.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></div>
